Candiva Candle Studio Return Policy

At Candiva Candle Studio, we strive to provide the highest quality products and exceptional customer experiences. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  1. Unused Products: Returns are accepted for candles and other products that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  2. Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, lit, or damaged after delivery.
  • Custom or personalized products, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at candiva@candiva.ca within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.


Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the product to the address provided by our support team.
