What is Candiva Candle Studio?
Candiva Candle Studio is a luxury candle brand focused on creating elegant, handmade candles that blend timeless design with eco-conscious values. Each candle is crafted to bring light, beauty, and meaning into your space.
Where are your candles made?
All our candles are lovingly hand-poured in Vancouver, Canada. We take pride in using premium materials and artisanal craftsmanship to create every candle.
What are your candles made of?
Our candles are made with a coconut-soy wax blend, premium fragrance oils, and lead-free cotton wicks, ensuring a clean and even burn.
Orders & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the United States and Canada for free on orders over $99 CAD.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process and up to 2 weeks to arrive, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact us at candiva@candiva.ca for assistance.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused, undamaged products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy.
What if my candle arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
Product Questions
Are your candles vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all our candles are vegan and cruelty-free. We do not use any animal-derived ingredients or test on animals.
Do your candles produce soot?
Our candles are designed to burn cleanly when used as directed. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting and avoid burning the candle in drafty areas.
How long do your candles burn?
Our 8 oz candles provide an approximate burn time of 40-50 hours. For best results, burn your candle for 2-4 hours each time.
Do you offer custom or personalized candles?
We currently do not offer custom candles but may introduce this option in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

Care & Usage
How should I care for my candle?
- Always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting.
- Allow the wax to melt across the entire surface on the first burn to prevent tunneling.
- Burn your candle for 2-4 hours at a time for optimal performance.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Do not burn candles around children or pets or within their reach.
