Thank you for shopping with Candiva Candle Studio. Below is our official shipping policy to ensure you have a clear understanding of how and when your order will reach you.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to all provinces and territories in Canada as well as the United States.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Note: During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or new product launches), processing times may be slightly delayed.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 3–9 business days

USA: 5–12 business days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes provided by shipping carriers. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the order has left our facility.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at candiva@candiva.ca.
5. Delays or Delivery Issues
Candiva Candle Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
If your order is delayed or lost, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. boxes within Canada and the U.S., but please note delivery may take longer.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at candiva@candiva.ca with your order number and photos of the damage. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (U.S. Orders)
Candiva is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your U.S. order. All applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer.
