We make every effort to display products accurately. However, colors and textures may appear differently depending on your screen. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and accepted credit/debit cards. We do not store any credit card information.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across Canada and the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control.
6. Return Policy & Refund
At Candiva Candle Studio, we strive to provide the highest quality products and exceptional customer experiences. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility

Unused Products: Returns are accepted for candles and other products that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, lit, or damaged after delivery.

Custom or personalized products, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at candiva@candiva.ca within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
