Candiva Return & Reuse Program

Help us give our premium packaging another life. Return a complete Candiva glass vessel, lid and cylindrical presentation box in clean, reusable condition and receive a C$3.50 credit toward your next Candiva candle purchase.

The C$3.50 is a purchase credit only and has no cash value. Light cosmetic wear is acceptable, but cracked or chipped glass, heavily damaged packaging, or components that cannot be safely reused do not qualify. Participation may vary by retail partner, so please contact Candiva or the store before bringing a return.

Local Online Pickup — Coming Soon

We are developing a partner-pickup option for Candiva.ca orders so customers can choose a participating local retailer and avoid shipping charges.

If your selected candle is already available at that location, we will confirm when it is ready. If the scent is not currently available there, Candiva will prepare a fresh candle for your order and deliver it to the selected pickup partner. Please allow approximately 3 business days for made-to-order local pickup and wait for your Ready for Pickup confirmation before visiting the store.

Pickup availability will be shown only at participating locations.
